Rosa Running Club is an open run club in Milan. Every Sunday at 9 we meet at the Arco della Pace and run five kilometres through Parco Sempione at conversation pace. Free, no sign-up.

Where and when we meet

Every Sunday morning at 9, at the Arco della Pace in Milan. From there we head into Parco Sempione and cover five kilometres. Nobody needs to know you are coming.

What pace we run

Conversation pace, which means the pace is set by whoever is last, not by whoever is fastest. Walking it is completely fine and a good number of people do. If you have not run in years, this is a reasonable place to start again.

What it costs

Nothing. The run club is free, there is no membership fee and no registration. There is no stopwatch and no ranking.

How to know when we run

Dates are on the club’s Luma calendar, and the WhatsApp group sends one message on Saturday evening. Neither is needed to come running: they only tell you where we are.
