Business Development Intern

We are looking for someone to help build the first preventive health subscription in Italy, working closely with the founding team.

What you will do

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate wellness clients such as HR leads, people operations teams, and executive health programmes.
• Support expansion of our clinical and lab partner network across Milan, Rome and Italy.
• Research partnerships with gyms, longevity clinics, and pharmacies as distribution channels.
• Help structure and track the business development pipeline using CRM tools, outreach sequences, and follow up cadence.
• Attend meetings and calls with the founding team. You will be in the room, not taking notes outside it.
